Service Description
Lunch at our Women Wellness Event! Choose from these options or BYO! -GRILLED CHIKEN SATAY BUDDAH BOWL with grilled chicken, brown rice, roasted beets & yams, crisp veggies, sprouts, toasted seeds, legumes and cashew satay dressing. -SESAME GINGER TOFU BUDDAH BOWL with tofu brown rice, roasted beets & yams, crisp veggies, sprouts, toasted seeds, legumes and sesame ginger dressing - GRILLED CHICKEN WRAP with fresh veggies and shallot mayo dressing. Price is at cost and includes tax, online fees and gratuities. ______________________________________________________ This event is in partnership with all the Amazing Women wellness practitioners, coaches, yogis and teachers that donate their time to make this event happen. More details and all presenters bios/info will be out mid- April. Included in your ticket: - Sauna session in either Smith Lake Farm's Sauna - A minimum of 2 wellness activities in the barn - A minimum of 1 group wellness activity - Optional sign up for additional 1-1 activates in our Lotus Bell Tents (These events will have a cost associated with them. More detail in the next week when we launch the sign-up sheet) - Hang out zone at one of our Glamping site - Hang out at the beach and dock areas and paddleboarding - Picnic spaces for purchased lunch or Bring Your Own Lunch/Beverages for this event - Beekeeping tour with our Master beekeeper What to know/bring: ~ Park behind the big barn. ~ Dress in active wear. Bring swimsuits, towels, water bottles, layers as it may be cooler. ~ Bring your lunch and plan on staying for the day (or just a few hours!) ~Store will be loaded with farm goods, snacks and drinks. Cancellation Policy
To reschedule Sauna Sessions please notify 48 hours in advance of booking. Smith Lake Farm Sauna Experiences may be rescheduled once per booking. There is a $35 cancellation fee if you if you wish to be refunded Sauna Experiences. All one day events are non refundable - please resell your ticket in one of our Facebook groups. Retreats and multi-day events are refunded at 50% up to 30 days before event and non-refundable within 30 days of the first day of your event.
