The Explanation

Cost: $700 farm gate sales (no taxes)

When: We have packages available now.
What you get:

50 pounds of grass-fed, grain-finished beef packaged for your freezer. Approximately 1/8th of an animal.

A Smith Lake Farm Disc Golf Season Pass OR

40 DG tickets to play the winter disc golf course which closes in May 2023 - These tickets are for the 2022/2023 winter season and glow nights (TAG games do not require a ticket use) .

Tickets are per person use and can be given to friends.

After the May tournament you can use up the rest of your tickets by appointment through the website depending on the glamping and farm schedule. Unused tickets can not be used the following year.

What’s the beef?
Our cattle are Black Angus steers. Grass-fed beef is leaner and higher CLA and omega 3s. We lightly grain-finish our animals for the last month to add a nice layer of fat. The composition of a package will vary slightly depending on the size of roasts, actual weight of steak in a package and availability of cuts. Please bare with us, as the Beef Club is only in its second year. We appreciate your business, support and feedback on how we can do it better.
What cuts are included?

2 roasts weighing between three and four pounds for a total of 6 to 8 pounds in Roasts. Likely cuts for the roasts are Brisket, Sirloin Tip, Cross Roast, Chuck and Inside Round.

12 to 16 pounds of steak and other cuts may include: Top Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Inside Round, T Bone, Tenderloin, Striploin, chuck steak, shanks and/or other cuts. All orders will receive both 'higher' and 'lower' end cuts.

10 pounds of sausages, we have 4 varieties. We will also have sausage for sale at the farm stand if you want more. Sausage have 15-20% pork added but no fillers.

1 to 2 pounds of stew meat

10 to 18 pounds of very lean ground beef.

Additionally a bag of bones can be included in your order at no extra cost
This weight and pricing is similar to packages created by other local farms and butcher shops.

How do I reserve my spot?
Go to our store and buy a $50 deposit. We will then ask you for the remaining $650 when the beef is ready. These will sell out so please act fast!
