Approx. 1/8 of a pasture-raised Angus yearling, featuring a full mix of premium and family cuts:
Roasts: Brisket, Sirloin Tip, Cross Roast, Chuck, Inside Round
Steaks: Top Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Inside Round, T-Bone, Tenderloin, Striploin
Slow Roasts: Shanks and other slow-cook cuts
Sausages: ~12 packs (15–20 % pork; no fillers, no gluten; varieties listed at time of order)
Ground Beef: Lean and flavourful
