🐄 Beef Club (25 lbs)
Approx. 1/16 of a Black Angus steer — a perfect mix of premium and everyday cuts:
Roasts: Brisket, Sirloin Tip, Cross Roast, Chuck, Inside Round
Steaks: Top Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Inside Round, T-Bone, Tenderloin, Striploin
Slow Roasts: Shanks and/or other slow-cook cuts
Sausages: ~6 packs (15–20% pork, no fillers, no gluten; varieties listed at time of order)
Ground Beef: Lean and flavourful
 
🦴 Optional: Add a free bag of soup bones at no extra cost.
Our beef is grass-fed, pasture-raised, and lightly grain-finished for outstanding tenderness and depth of flavour.
 
🍗 Chicken Club (≈ 60 lbs)
Includes 7-8 whole chickens, typically 7–10 lbs each, pasture-raised and fed Non-GMO feed grown right here in the Valley.
 
Our chickens are free-ranged, healthy, and beautifully meaty, producing rich, nutrient-dense flavour for every roast, soup, or sandwich.
