Approx. 1/16 of a Black Angus steer â a perfect mix of premium and everyday cuts:
Roasts: Brisket, Sirloin Tip, Cross Roast, Chuck, Inside Round
Steaks: Top Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Inside Round, T-Bone, Tenderloin, Striploin
Slow Roasts: Shanks and/or other slow-cook cuts
Sausages: ~6 packs (15â20% pork, no fillers, no gluten; varieties listed at time of order)
