About the event
Our 5th annual Women’s Wellness Day is almost here—and this gathering is truly something special. This is an energy exchange event built on community, connection, and care.
Join us for a beautiful day guided by an incredible group of women facilitators, supported by local food, art, and nature.

1 Sauna Session (1.5 hrs) with Smith Lake Farm or Triple Peak Saunas
Cold Plunge & Lake Swims
Choice of 2 Small Group Wellness Workshop (breathwork, sound healing & more)
