Our first ever Co-Ed Wellness! Join us on the farm for this special wellness day - inclusive of any and all genders.

About the event

This event is in partnership with all the Amazing Wellness Practitioners, Coaches, Yogis and Teachers that donate their time to make this event happen. Click HERE to view all the facilitators. 

Included in your ticket:

- A Sauna session in Smith Lake Farm's Bubble Sauna 

-  A minimum of 2 wellness activities in the Big Barn

-  A minimum of 2 small group wellness activity in glamping tents

- Hang out zone at our Laketrail Glamping site

- Hang out at the beach and dock areas and paddleboard

- Picnic spaces for purchased lunch or Bring Your Own Lunch/Beverages for this event

- Beekeeping tour with our Master beekeeper

What to know/bring:

~ Park behind the Big Barn. 

~ Dress in active wear. Bring swimsuits, towels, water bottles, layers as it may be cooler.

~ Bring your lunch and/or a snack and plan on staying for the day (or just a few hours!)

~ Store will  have farm goods, snacks and drinks. Cash, tap or e-transfer accepted
